We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
For non-perishable items (such as merchandise or brewing equipment), your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging to be eligible for a return. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at support@fabledroast.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address:

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Due to the perishable nature of roasted coffee, we do not accept returns on coffee products. However, if you are unsatisfied with your coffee, please contact us within 7 days of your purchase at support@fabledroast.com, and we will do our best to make it right.
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
For Coffee Orders: If your coffee arrives damaged, or if you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will replace the item or issue a full refund immediately. You do not need to return the damaged coffee.
For Merchandise/Equipment: Please follow the standard return procedure outlined above.
Certain types of items cannot be returned, specifically:
Perishable goods (such as roasted coffee, food, flowers, or plants).
Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items).
Personal care goods (such as beauty products).
Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.
We also do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
We currently do not offer direct product exchanges. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, or once your claim for a damaged/missing order is reviewed.
Standard Returns: If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
Damaged or Missing Orders: If a refund is approved for a damaged or missing order (including coffee issues), you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 2-5 business days.
Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at support@fabledroast.com.
