The Story Behind the Blend

In the fable of The Three Little Pigs, only one house stood tall against the wolf. Solid Foundation pays homage to that structural integrity, building a cup that refuses to crumble.

We constructed this blend in layers: first, a whisper of "straw" offers soft cereal sweetness. Next, we framed it with "sticks"—notes of roasted walnut and dry wood spice. Finally, we locked it in with "brick"—a massive, reliable base of bold dark chocolate. The result is a dense, Medium-Dark Espresso roast with low acidity.
